Fetter Properties Management, Inc. is a name that is recognized as a leader in quality home rentals in Evansville. Having started in Evansville’s Historic Preservation Area in 1986, Fetter Properties Management now manages apartments, duplexes and single-family homes in all of Evansville, Newburgh and Northern Vanderburgh County.

We place great importance on the property we manage to ensure clean affordable living and maintain the highest standards in the rental community. We hold a Real Estate Broker’s license and are licensed by the state of Indiana to manage rental properties. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and National Federation of Independent Businesses.

Our office is conveniently located off the Lloyd expressway at the corner of John Street and Congress Avenue. We have a fully staffed office that is open 6 days a week and a full time maintenance crew to address maintenance issues in at timely manner. We also have 24/7 emergency services for those unexpected emergency issues that arise.
